Bring in or email the following information for your group:

Easy Chair Bookstore sends out monthly email updates, plus occasional announcements of events, special offers, and sales.  Information you provide to us is never shared with other people, businesses, or organizations.

Note: Please remember to let us know when you add new members, or when someone leaves the group.

Easy To Save!

Once you have registered, you’re ready to enjoy our generous 20 percent discount.  Your book group discount applies to most bookstore purchases, including cards, gifts, and calendars.  The discount is not just for books ordered by your group.

We reserve the right to exclude some merchandise and services, including coffee shop items, from the discount program.

Easy To Order for Your Group

We offer several options:  

Poll your group to see how many members plan to buy the current selection at Easy Chair.  Phone in or email your order, allowing one week before members expect to pick up books.  New incentive:  When group members purchase all books ordered, pick up coupons for a free small coffee with the next order.

If you prefer, your group can notify us when a new title is chosen, and we will order a quantity that is based on your group’s buying history.  In other words, we will not order ten copies of a book, just because there are ten group members. 

By limiting the number of unsold book group titles, we can continue to offer our attractive pricing!  

Book group members can always place individual special orders for book group selections.

Individual Orders

We place individual customer orders three to five times weekly, depending on the volume of orders.  Most of your special orders will automatically receive the 20 percent book group discount.  Occasionally, we may inform you that a particular book does not qualify for the discount.  This situation occurs when our wholesaler does not offer standard terms to us on the title in question.

Hard-To-Find Orders

Looking for a book that’s out of print?  We may be able to help.  Titles ordered from this service do not qualify for the book group discount.  Shipping and handling charges apply.  Most books arrive two to three weeks after the order is placed.

Hold a Book Group Meeting at Easy Chair

Your group may reserve a table, two tables, or the Fiction Room, depending upon the number of people you expect to attend.  Ask for details.

Shop Locally

Independent bookstores offer personalized services  not available at chains and discounters.  We are proud to serve you and the community.
